In the following graph you will see that he number of new foreclosures starts and actual Trustee Sale Dates have remained fairly flat over the last several months with a slight downward trend throughout the last 12 months. I expect this trend to continue for another month or so will the banks are putting people through the HARP program and attempting loan modifications. I do expect to see the trend change beginning in the summer and we will see a larger number of new foreclosure starts through the end of the year.
